Name: is the name of the parent folder as appears within the the STFax folder list, within the main interface.
Reference ID: is the reference of this account. Each new account will be given a new ID. This is needed for remote access. When calling STFax from an external source, you'll be required to enter the ID for the account you wish to access.
Path: is where STFax stores fax, voice and data messages when they are saved to this account. The default location will be specified, but this can be changed to point to a different location.
Password: is the password for this account. As default the password will be the same as the 'reference ID'. However, you can set the password to any number of custom digits (note that the password can only be numbers/digits).
The password is required for remote access to your account. When accessing STFax from an external location, you will be required to enter your reference (account) identification, followed by your password.
Show voice/fax/data/messages box will show the voice, fax, data or messages sub-folders within the folder list, within the STFax interface. Both 'show voice box' and 'show fax box' are enabled as default.
